  • Hair Product Options Return Procedure: It's easy just follow these simple steps- 1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box. 2. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package. 3. Mail the original packaging back to the address found on the shipping box using a traceable carrier ( Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL ). 4. E-mail the tracking number to cservice@hairoptionssalon.com for the product you are returning to ensure a timely refund. NOTE: Hair Product Options does not accept returns shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). Please save the shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. Regrettably we will not be able to issue a refund for any items that are lost or damaged in shipping. Your satisfaction with our professional hair care products is our main concern. All unopened merchandise will be accepted for a full refund (less shipping costs) up to 30 days of the purchase date. Opened or used products are not refundable.
